WooCommerce Core Web Vitals Speed Rescue

A slow store is costing you rankings and sales. I make it fast — flat price, in days.

Green LCP, INP and CLS on the pages that matter — faster store, faster admin, lower hosting bill. The exact performance playbook I use on a WooCommerce store doing 100–150K visits a month, delivered as a fixed-price sprint.

  • 2,000+ orders/mo on my own store
  • 150K visits/mo · 9+ ROAS
  • 6+ yrs production
  • 125k+ LOC WooCommerce/PHP

Every extra second is rankings, conversions and ad money down the drain

Google ranks on Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), and shoppers bounce off slow pages. A bloated WooCommerce store quietly loses search position, kills conversion rate, and wastes the ad spend you pay to send people to a page that frustrates them.

  • Red or orange Core Web Vitals dragging you down in search
  • High bounce and abandoned carts on slow product and checkout pages
  • Sluggish wp-admin that makes running the store painful
  • Plugin bloat, render-blocking JS, unoptimized images and queries
  • Paying for traffic that leaves before the page is even usable
  • Roughly 100ms of speed ≈ ~1% of conversions — the math compounds

What you get: green scores and a store that feels instant

I fix the real bottlenecks — not a caching-plugin band-aid — and prove it with before/after lab and field numbers on your actual pages.

  • Green LCP / INP / CLS on your key templates
  • Faster storefront and faster wp-admin
  • Leaner plugin and asset footprint, tuned queries and caching
  • Before/after Lighthouse plus field data so you can see the win
  • Often a lower hosting bill as a bonus

How it works: diagnose, sprint, prove

  1. 1 Paid speed diagnostic: lab plus field audit, prioritized by impact.
  2. 2 You get a fixed sprint quote ($900–$2,900) and the diagnostic is credited.
  3. 3 I run the sprint — autoload/DB, caching, assets, images, render path.
  4. 4 I prove the result with before/after numbers on your pages.

What's included — and what's not

Core Web Vitals work across your key templates (LCP/INP/CLS)
caching, object cache, DB/autoload, asset and image optimization
before/after lab plus field measurement
a written summary of what changed and how to keep it fast
a full redesign or new features (separate project)
rescuing a fundamentally broken host or page-builder beyond the sprint scope — I flag it in the diagnostic
ongoing monitoring unless on a care plan

Flat-price sprints — pick the scope, know the number

Every sprint starts with the paid speed diagnostic, credited to your sprint. You approve a fixed sprint price up front.

Large or heavy stores: deeper architecture work and ongoing-safe optimizations.

$2,900 flat

Speed diagnostic — first step, credited

Lab plus field audit with a prioritized plan and a fixed sprint quote.

$450 (credited to your sprint)

Care plan (optional add-on)

Performance monitoring and regression fixes.

from $190/month

You approve a fixed sprint price before any work — never an hourly meter. The speed diagnostic is paid (a real audit plus prioritized plan) and credited to your sprint. And because I gate the sprint behind that diagnostic, you'll know before you commit whether your host and theme can actually hit green — no paying to chase a number your foundation can't reach.

The playbook behind a real 150K-visit/month store

I'm Marc Stan. I keep a WooCommerce store fast at 100–150K visits a month — including cutting its admin AJAX from 3,000ms to 400ms — on a lean self-hosted stack (OpenLiteSpeed, Redis, OPcache). This is the exact work I'd do on your store, and I prove it with real before/after numbers.

  • Real result on a store I run: admin AJAX 3,000ms → 400ms
  • Keeps a 100–150K-visit/mo store fast on a lean stack
  • OpenLiteSpeed / Redis / OPcache / DB tuning — not just a cache plugin
  • Every sprint proven with before/after Lighthouse plus field data

Questions before you book

Won't a caching plugin do the same thing?

No. Caching plugins help the frontend a bit; they can't fix the backend, admin, checkout, or the real bottlenecks. I fix the layer they can't touch.

Can you guarantee green scores?

On a store with a reasonable host and theme, yes — and the diagnostic tells us up front if the foundation is the blocker. I gate the work behind that diagnostic so you're never paying to chase the impossible.

WooCommerce only?

WooCommerce/WordPress is my deepest specialty, but the performance principles apply to most stacks — ask.

Is the diagnostic refundable?

It's paid work (a real audit plus plan) and it's credited to your sprint. If your foundation can't hit green, I'll tell you before you spend on a sprint.

How fast?

Diagnostic in a couple of days; most sprints land in about a week.
