Workflow Automation & Browser Bots

Stop paying people to copy-paste between websites. I build bots that do it 24/7.

Repetitive logins, form-filling, data entry, order processing, report pulling — handed to an unattended Playwright/Node bot that runs around the clock, error-free, and pings you only when something genuinely needs a human. Built by a senior engineer who runs a production order-processing bot on a real store every day.

  • 2,000+ orders/mo on my own store
  • 150K visits/mo · 9+ ROAS
  • 6+ yrs production
  • 125k+ LOC WooCommerce/PHP

If someone on your team repeats the same web task every day, you're paying a person to do a robot's job

Manual web work is a silent tax: it's slow, error-prone at volume, it doesn't scale, and it ties up people who should be doing real work. Worse, it never stops — every order, every report, every sync has to be re-done by hand, forever.

  • Re-keying orders or data between systems that don't talk to each other
  • Copy-pasting between portals, dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Downloading, reformatting and emailing the same reports on a schedule
  • Updating listings, prices or inventory by hand across platforms
  • Pulling data from a supplier or vendor portal that has no API
  • Hours lost every week — plus the typos and missed steps that cost real money

What you get: the task just… happens

I turn that manual routine into a bot that does exactly what your person did — reliably, on a schedule or trigger, unattended. You stop touching it, and you get the hours back.

  • Runs unattended on a schedule or trigger — overnight, hourly, or on demand
  • Does the full sequence: log in, navigate, fill, submit, extract, verify
  • Alerts you only when something genuinely needs a human
  • Logs every run so you can see exactly what happened
  • Frees your team from the busywork to do something that actually grows the business

How it works: map it, build it, set it loose

  1. 1 We map your exact manual process on a quick call or screen recording.
  2. 2 I build and test the bot against your real workflow until it matches what your person does.
  3. 3 It runs unattended with error handling and failure alerts; every run is logged.
  4. 4 I hand it over with a short how-to, or keep it running for you on a care plan.

Exactly what's included — and what's not

Tight scope is what makes this fixed-price and fast.

a Playwright/Node bot for systems you own or are authorized to use
scheduling or trigger-based runs (cron, webhook, on demand)
error handling plus alerts when a run needs attention
run logs and a plain-English how-to
automating sites you're not authorized to use, or that forbid bots in their terms — I don't do detection-evasion or ToS-breaking scraping
ongoing upkeep unless you're on a care plan (target systems change over time)
building a brand-new web app from scratch (that's a separate project)

Transparent, fixed pricing — no hourly meter

Every build starts with a paid automation map; the fee is credited to your build. You approve a fixed number before I build.

Automation build — Simple

One workflow, a handful of steps on one system — built, tested and handed over.

$1,500 flat

Automation build — Standard (most common)

A multi-step workflow with logic, scheduling and failure alerts.

$3,000 flat

Automation build — Complex

Multi-system automation, a dashboard, and heavier logic or volume.

$6,000 flat

Automation map — first step, credited

I document your exact manual process and hand you a fixed build quote.

$450 (credited to your build)

Care plan (keep it running)

Monitoring plus fixes when a target system changes and the bot needs an update.

$190 / $390 / $690 per month

Every build starts with a paid automation map: I document your exact manual process and hand you a fixed build quote. If I conclude it can't be automated reliably or safely, you owe nothing beyond the map — and you keep the documentation. You approve a fixed price before I build a thing; there's no hourly meter and no surprise invoice.

I run a real production bot every day — this isn't theory

I'm Marc Stan, a senior full-stack engineer. I built and run an unattended order-processing bot (Playwright + Firebase) for a real WooCommerce store — it logs into a supplier system that has no API and processes orders automatically, every day, with no one watching. I've also shipped 125k+ lines of production code. I prove every automation by running it live on your real workflow before we call it done.

  • A real, unattended production bot processing live orders daily
  • Playwright / Puppeteer / Node, with Firebase dashboards and scheduled runs
  • 125k+ lines of production code shipped against real traffic
  • Every automation proven live on your workflow before handover
Real result on a store I run: admin response cut from 3,000ms to 400ms.

Questions before you book

Is this legal and safe with the sites involved?

I only automate systems you own or are clearly authorized to use — your own admin, internal tools, or vendor portals you have an account for. I don't build bots to evade detection or break a site's terms of service. If a workflow can't be automated safely, I'll tell you at the map stage.

What happens when a website changes and the bot breaks?

Sites change — it happens. That's what the care plan is for: I monitor and fix it. Without a plan, I quote the fix when you need it. Either way the bot is built to fail loudly (alert you), not silently.

Do I have to hand over my passwords?

We use a dedicated bot account where possible and handle credentials securely — never in plain text in code. You stay in control and can revoke access anytime.

What can you actually automate?

Anything a person does in a browser or across tools: order processing, data entry, migrations, report generation, listing and inventory updates, form submissions, monitoring and QA. If you can record yourself doing it, I can usually automate it.

How fast?

Most builds land in 1–3 weeks after the automation map, depending on complexity.

Tell me what you're doing by hand

Send me the repetitive task that's eating your team's time. I'll tell you honestly whether a bot can do it, and what it costs as a fixed price.
